Siento mucho que tengas problemas. Respecto a los regalos del club, esta mañana te he reenviado todos los que aún no has descargado. También puedes acceder a tu página de bienvenida y descargar cualquier pedido anterior (solo tienes que ir a www.peppermint purple.com/me y hacer clic en el botón 'Tus pedidos').
El SAL no está vinculado al Club, salvo que te da acceso anticipado a los archivos (es decir, no necesitas ser miembro del club para participar en el SAL gratuito). Actualmente solo están disponibles los PDF de los diseños, que puedes descargar iniciando sesión en tu cuenta, haciendo clic en el botón 'SAL 2026' y luego en 'Diseños'. Los archivos semanales aún no se han publicado, por lo que no puedes acceder a ellos. Se publicarán cada semana a partir del 5 de enero de 2026 (el 7 para quienes no sean miembros del club).

I am so sorry you are experiencing problems. Regarding the club freebies, I have resent all the ones you have not yet downloaded to you this morning. You can also log into your Welcome page and download any previous orders (just go to www.peppermint purple.com/me and then click the Your Orders button).
The SAL is not linked to the Club at all, other than the club giving you early access to the files (ie you do not need to be a club member to participate in the free sal). Currently only the layout pdfs are available and again these can be downloaded from logging into your account and clicking on the '2026 SAL' button and then Layouts. The weekly files are not yet released which is why you cannot access them, they will be released every week starting the 5th Jan 2026 (7th for non-club members)
If you experience any issues with the above please do email me. I am more than happy to help everyone, and Club members even have a priority support email box (under the club section on your welcome page). I am more than happy and available to help with any issues.

I couldn't decide for a long time whether I wanted family of 3 or 4 but more flamingos is better! Another great pattern from Peppermint Purple with a pattern that's easy to follow, giving fabric sizes, thread numbers, and a clear colour chart as well.
