If you are an EU resident, the below form allows you the right ( under EU Directive 2023/2673 ) to cancel goods or services online within 14 days of receiving them*.

Please note that this does NOT apply to digitally delivered content that has been downloaded

Once your form has been submitted the request will be reviewed.

If the system does not find your order number, it maybe outside of the 14 day window.

If you believe it is within 14 days and the system still cannot find your order please Contact Clare.

 

*Goods must be returned complete and in original packaging, postal details will be provided.
