Lovely project

Dont usually buy kits but this one is priced great. The aida is really soft and lovely to work with. All the threads are on a ready to go card so no sorting out required. The pattern is varied enough to challenge but not too complicated as to scare the novice. If you're thinking if buying one of the kits instead if a download I would definitely recommend buying one of the ready to go kits

A really engaging pattern!

This was my first time doing blackwork (I've done cross-stitch before) and I had no trouble with the project - the instructions and pattern were very clear. It never got boring since each little square is different! I made this as a gift and the recipient is very pleased with it.
